What people are saying

The sessions were very insightful, I learned a lot from Jerry. He opened new perspectives on how I approach events in my life.
Aimi T.
17 Year Old
They were interesting fs. I wanted to find my passion and major, and he referred me to the ikigai. Honestly pretty enlightening, I can't lie.
Ekaansh B.
16 Year Old CS Entrepreneur
His advice and professionalism is something that I feel cannot be found anywhere else online completely for free. It felt very honest and he wasn't afraid to critique if there was room for improvement.
Hang K.
16 Year Old Art Major
I had a problem with wanting to start content creation and left with the first step to explore my niche and find the gaps that were missing, and make content based on that. His advice was specific and made so much sense though.
Seung-Han C.
17 Year Old Content Creator
Taking part of Jerry's initiative called the Launchpad Sessions has definitely shifted my perspective into a more nuanced way. It also feels like I made a very good friend.

Altay, in person

Our latest workshop.

We ran our first in person workshop in the Altay mountains, in collaboration with CKGSB, who hosted the hiking trip. We provided the platform participants used for daily reflections on their actionable goals across the 45 kilometer route.

By the end of the trip the group had logged 545 reflections, with hundreds of comments between families as they cheered each other on.

What we've heard

People aren't lazy.

We surveyed over 100 young people across 30+ countries through UN Youth Delegate work, international youth events, and plenty of ordinary hallway conversations. The same answers kept coming back.

Most people already know what they want. They just don't know the right first step.

I'm not lazy. I just don't know where to start. Once someone helps me see the first step, I can actually move.

Manifesto

Why we started this.

A2A is not a productivity brand and we are not trying to sell you a system. We are a group of young people who noticed something in almost every conversation we had. Nearly everyone already has a thing they want to start. A habit. A project. A skill they keep putting off. What stops them is rarely willpower. It is not knowing what the actual next move is.

So that is the work. We help you name the first move, and then we help you keep at it once the excitement wears off. We borrow from psychology and habit research where it is useful, but mostly we listen to what young people tell us is actually getting in the way.

Aspiration. Action. Consistency. Together.

Meet the team

The people behind A2A.

Five people, most of us still in school, doing this alongside everything else.

Jerry Wang

Jerry Wang

CEO

CEO, co-author of the LUMI Workbook, UN Youth Forum speaker, lead Launchpad Facilitator, social media content creator, website designer, and key decision maker.

Jacob

Jacob

Social Media Manager & Assistant

Jacob runs everything A2A posts. He plans the content calendar, writes and films most of the short-form videos, and replies to the people who message us asking where to start. He also keeps the day-to-day moving, from scheduling sessions to chasing down the small things nobody else has time for.

Aden

Aden

Content Editor

Aden reads everything before it goes out. He edits our posts, workshop materials, and site copy so they sound like people instead of a brand, cuts the parts that drag, and checks that any claim we make is one we can actually back up.

Ahmet

Ahmet

Website Developer Helper

Ahmet works on the site with Jerry. He builds and fixes pages, tests things on phones before we ship them, and handles the small technical problems that would otherwise sit broken for weeks. If a link works, he probably checked it.

Aasya

Aasya

Key Contributor

Aasya helps decide what A2A takes on next. She works on outreach and partnerships, gathers feedback from people who have been through a session, and brings that back so the workshops and sessions keep improving instead of staying the same.
